US Sales Manager, Todd Bagley, recently joined TNI President John Wadsworth and IPC Leaders Ken Roland at the power packed South Regional event in Atlanta. Please take a moment to read his recap of this fantastic event.
The South Regional held in beautiful Atlanta was an incredible event! Everyone who was able to attend received some of the best training the industry can offer. Those that were not able to attend truly missed out on a great opportunity. The meeting opened up with Mr. Harry Flynn who gave a very powerful and captivating opportunity briefing. Mr. Flynn had everyone's attention with his dynamic presentation skills and sense of humor, he did a great job of presenting our opportunity to all the guests that were in the room and gave them more than enough reasons to jump on board.
After Mr. Flynn we all had the great opportunity to hear from Tahitian Noni International President Mr. John Wadsworth. This was truly a unique experience for a lot of individuals in the room as Mr. Wadsworth told his story of how TNI started from the beginning. As he told his story he focused on 4 important cornerstones that we must have to truly be successful. The four cornerstones are purpose, confidence, passion, and action. The best part of the presentation was how Mr. Wadsworth related all of these cornerstones to his own life. He had to have each of these cornerstones to bring this amazing product to market and still uses it today to take Tahitian Noni Bioactives to the world to transform lives.
Mr. Ken Roland was our next speaker and trainer. It was truly an honor to have the chance to be trained by one of the first IPCs in TNI and one of the best network marketers in the industry. Mr. Roland hit on some key points that every networker should understand and know. He talked about the "Never getting a NO approach", "Selling vs Sharing", "6 steps to success", and perception. Wow! I was amazed at the knowledge and skills that Mr. Roland shared with us. As I was sitting there listening to him I was constantly thinking " I never thought of it that way before". He truly has the ability to change perception's and he shared it all with us.
When Mr. Roland finished I went up on stage to share just a few things with everyone, but I will tell you that going last in a meeting like this was very intimidating. I decided to share with everyone a compensation plan competitive analysis. Basically, I compared our compensation plan with other companies in the industry. My point and focus was to show that we really do have the best opportunity in the market. We have heard the phrase many times that "no one will ever out Noni us", well I wanted everyone to know that no one is out paying us either.
This was one event that I know will be talked about for years. I want to thank everyone who had a helping hand in pulling it off, and to everyone who attended.
